Blow Off Some Steam

Just a few more days before Christmas and Mercury finally turns direct today, but the energy of today may still be a bit wonky! And if our EGO feels threatened, we go into flight or fight syndrome. When we feel this way we are in a state of fear. We make rash decisions, words are said that harm and hurt, assume ideas and conclusions that aren’t true, overreact and we’re now in a bigger mess!
Reconnect with your Spirit by Blowing Off Some Steam! Go for a run, go to the gym and lift, box, get some exercise to get that extra adrenaline out of your system so you can think clearly and reconnect!
Best Advice: Do Not Make a Decision while you are riled up! And don’t email, call or text whoever it is that is getting you into this state of unease.
Wait until you’re calm, have clarity and then, act.
Also, don’t hold in your anxiety and stress, this harms and hurts your health too! Don’t vent or lash out at innocent people either!
