Bite Sized Steps

March 31st: If you feel a little disappointed or discouraged today, that’s okay. Some days are just like that. Some days, we have to take bite-sized steps.
We must make changes in our life and sometimes these feel way too overwhelming or intimidating to even begin.
Realize that this is just a part of your Ego trying to discourage your Spirit and turn you back to living in fear. Of the 5 Cups, 3 have fallen… there are 2 still standing. Realize that there is still some good in the situation, you just have to go within and find it. You have to approach your life with a plan and the changes can be broken down into small bite-sized pieces.
Write down your goal, write down why you hurt, what can you do to change this? Then take a step and then take another step. Before you know it these will turn into sweeping transformations and your Ego will have been put in the backseat where it belongs. Each day continue on and you’ll be there before you know it.
