Take a step back to review your relationship situations. Is there a balanced flow to them, or is it aterrible rollercoaster of violent emotions, turmoil and trauma?

How children see their parents cope with things can be instilled as being the “right way”. Especially when it involves drugs alcohol or violence.
Know and understand there are better ways of dealing with life situations. Addictions numb the heart to pain, but also the capacity to love. This Codependency causes strain on ALL your relationships – friends, lovers , children, coworkers.

Ask For Help, please. Stop the cycle. There are so many opportunities for support. But first, the desire for change must be yours. It starts with you.
