When our EGO feels threatened, we go into flight or fight syndrome. When we feel this way we are in a state of fear. We make rash decisions, words are said that harm and hurt, assume ideas and conclusions that aren’t true, overreact and we’re now in a bigger mess!
Reconnect with your Spirit by Blowing Off Some Steam! Go for a run, go to the gym and lift, box, get some exercise to get that extra adrenaline out of your system so you can think clearly and reconnect!
