This means trust in yourself to take care of you! It may entail becoming more assertive. Don’t worry you can still be lovable while keeping your boundaries!
You may need to spend some time by yourself to heal a broken heart. When you are in relationship after relationship, you have no time to decompress and get back to square one, which is You! We have a tendency to absorb the qualities of our partners, even the not so great ones. Have you lost your grounding?

You also need to take responsibility for attracting and agreeing to every relationship you’ve ever had.

Our ego has a tendency to deny us the good things in life. It whispers in the Negative voice that we are not worthy of the best, the beautiful and the finest and we should not expect it.
Not only should you have the best in life you should give it to yourself!
Give yourself the best of Education: learn new things, read, suck up all the wonderful and creative knowledge you can to educate your mind.
Give yourself the best of friends and surround yourself with people who inspire you, push you, love you and support you.
Give yourself the best of nature: get outside and enjoy beautiful Mother Earth every day,  see and smell the flowers, sense the lakes and oceans, the mountains, the snow, the sand.
Eat the best food that’s fresh and lovingly prepared and good for you.
Honor your body by clothing yourself in the best that you can afford. Sleep on the best pillow, wear the best shoes, socks even the best underwear! Ladies- you know that pretty Lacy stuff that you keep saying you’re going to wear on that hot date?!?! The heck with that! Take yourself out on a date, dress yourself up and go out wearing something that makes you feel good! Guys, you also!
Watch the best of entertainment: decide between inspirational works of art & Soul sucking garbage. Feed yourself the best in genuinely creative works. Go to the theater, museums, and enjoy Botanical Gardens

Everyone has their own issues to deal with. I have mine and you have yours.
When you THINK you know what issues someone is dealing with, but you’re really clueless over their situation is when we get into trouble.
A small thing becomes huge, feelings are hurt, people shut down, peace, love and empathy are left behind.
Realize that until you have walked the Journey of another, you don’t know what that Journey is about.
Let go of the need to assume.
