Take a step back and look at things in a different manner!

If you’ve been dealing with an uncomfortable or continuous problem this is the day to take a break. Often we can’t see the solution because we are in the thick of it!

Once we remove ourselves for a bit, we can see things more clearly and find a creative solution.  Regain your Spiritual grounding and let go of the issue for a while so your new perspective can emerge. Then, once you’ve gotten your perspective back you may see a new way out!

You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it!

Ask For Help!

If you feel a bit out of sorts today, remember that help isn’t that far away. 

There isn’t a reason to feel like you’re out in the cold. You may be focusing far too much on what  is lacking in your life. Instead, focus on what good you DO have in your life. Focus on all your blessings today and if you really find yourself in a dreary space, ask for help! 

Also a good day to review your finances if that is a part of your stress today. Look for a financial planner or personal budget books to help yourself out!
