We all have a dark side, the sides that we don’t show very often. This can be something as simple as a snide remark to someone in the grocery store because they are holding up the line, the hand gesture to the slow driver on the road, or a belittling comment to your child who’s not being cooperative. Remember words do hurt!😔
Today is the day to witness Your Shadow and become aware of tje vulnerabilities that make you this hostility towards others.
Be gentle with yourself and embrace the weaker aspects of your personality, rather than rejecting yourself harshly by attacking those aspects than others. Be kind.
