We resist change. We become comfortable, complacent and our Ego is resisting some aspect of our life. Our Spirit is ready and willing to meet the everyday changes, all the ups and downs that flow through our life.
Where are you holding on too tightly and resisting? What are you trying to avoid, who or what are you trying to control? What are you reacting to with fear instead of allowing things to just flow?
Ever try to hold onto something with one hand and pick something new up with the same hand? You can’t, can you?
Lay that old stuff down, be open to receiving the new.
Stop resisting Life.
Embrace all that faces you now.
